2025 Best of Illinois History Awards and

Annual Meeting

On Saturday, April 26th, 2025, the Illinois State Historical Society will host the 2025

ISHS “Best of Illinois History” awards, which recognizes outstanding contributions to

Illinois history in the previous calendar year. This year’s Annual Meeting and Awards

Luncheon is scheduled for 11:30 a.m., on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at the Inn at 835 in

Springfield, 835 S. 2nd Street. The price to ISHS members for this luncheon buffet is $50

per person, $60 for non-members. Please make your reservations early as seating is

limited. The reservation deadline is April 15th.
